SALES PROCEDURE FOR ACSC SHAG CLUBS
The information below is for ACSC member clubs to use for selling SOS cards to your club members: These are the instructions for all shag clubs to use when selling SOS memberships to your club members at the discount rate of $30. The shag club will collect the $30 fee from each club member purchasing the SOS membership. The monies will be deposited in the shag club treasury. The sales period for 2012 Cards is October 1, 2011, thru January 2, 2012. You may start selling SOS memberships now. The cards that were not distributed at the Fall Migration meeting will be mailed to each shag club's address as soon as possible.. 1) The shag club will record all data for cards sold, and will forward the data to Pat Smith, SOS Registrar. PLEASE INCLUDE SHAG CLUB'S NAME AND CONTACT PERSON'S NAME/TELEPHONE 2) The selling shag club will write a check made payable to SOS for all cards sold @ $30. The check is mailed to SOS, P.O. Box 37690, Rock Hill, SC 29732. Use the example below, if you would like to enter your respective information on card sales. You will be able to print a receipt copy for your records, and send it in email form to Pat Smith, Registrar for recording into the SOS database. This form is to help us verify any questionable or illegible information. PLEASE USE THIS FORM ONLY TO REPORT SHAG CLUB SALES. EXAMPLE:
