2010 IMPACT STUDY

We are conducting a survey to determine your thoughts of the services offered by SOS and the impact our group has on the North Myrtle Beach area during the three events held by SOS. We are asking each person to complete this form and submit it so that we can gather the information needed that reflects our dollar impact to the NMB area.
